Description

Freight Tiger is hiring a Software Engineer II for its FO Supply & Fulfillment team.

The role focuses on the development and testing of product initiatives and new features. The engineer will work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to building high-quality software for Freight Tiger's logistics technology platforms.

The position requires programming experience with Java and JavaScript/Node.js, along with familiarity with databases, version control, bug tracking, messaging queues, CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and test product initiatives and new features.

Requirements

B.E. in Computer Science or MCA.
3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
Programming experience in Java and JavaScript/Node.js.
PHP experience is a plus.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB is a plus.
Familiarity with Git and Jira.
Familiarity with CI/CD and Argo is a plus.
Familiarity with asynchronous workflows and messaging queues such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
Familiarity with Grafana alerts and New Relic is a plus.
Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to experiment with new technologies.
