Description

Optel Group is hiring a Middleware Trainee in South Goa to support the deployment, integration, and testing of Track and Trace solutions across different customer environments.

The role involves software deployment on virtual machines or cloud environments, database installation and maintenance, validation testing, customer support, and IT support during Track & Trace line integration. The position also provides exposure to systems, infrastructure, networking, databases, and customer-facing technical work.

Responsibilities

Deploy Track and Trace solutions in different customer environments using virtual machines or cloud environments.
Install and maintain PostgreSQL and MSSQL databases.
Execute test protocols according to validation documentation.
Support customers with validation document execution.
Provide IT support on the shop floor and during Track & Trace line integration.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in ETC, Electronics, or Computer Science.
BSc in Electronics or BCA.
0-1 year of experience.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
Strong knowledge of SSL certificates.
Fundamental understanding of networking and security.
Familiarity with Microsoft, SQLite, VMware, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL.
Good understanding of systems and IT infrastructure.
Ability to communicate clearly and interact with customers and internal teams.
Strong willingness to learn and contribute.
