Contribute to the analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation of software applications and services.
Write maintainable, testable, reusable, and appropriately documented code using established standards and Agile practices.
Develop and enhance solutions using C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and Angular or React.
Work across user-interface, web, middle-tier, API, database, and reporting layers.
Implement features in existing applications and assist with prototypes and new software solutions.
Create and maintain unit tests and participate in peer code reviews.
Use Git and follow continuous-integration and deployment practices.
Assist in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using approved tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
Validate report data and calculations against approved data sources.
Use approved AI-assisted development tools where appropriate for coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and learning.
Review and validate AI-generated outputs before using them in applications or documentation.
Follow information-security, data-privacy, intellectual-property, and secure-development requirements.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, quality engineers, business analysts, and business partners.
Investigate application defects, data issues, and performance concerns with guidance.
Communicate progress, risks, assumptions, questions, and technical findings.
Develop an understanding of the business purpose of assigned applications, services, reports, and dashboards.
Identify opportunities to improve code quality, testing, documentation, reporting, and development processes.
Progressively assume ownership of application components, features, reports, and user requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related engineering or technology discipline.
Foundational knowledge or project-based experience with .NET Core or modern .NET, .NET Framework, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, service-oriented architecture, Web APIs, ASP.NET MVC, and Angular or React.
Foundational knowledge of relational databases, SQL queries, and database-design principles.
Familiarity with Git, Agile development practices, and Software Development Life Cycle principles.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery concepts.
Familiarity with reporting and data-visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
Familiarity with connecting reports or dashboards to SQL-based data sources is advantageous.
Foundational understanding of full-stack software development.
Ability to understand technical problems, break them into manageable tasks, and seek guidance when appropriate.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues in a global environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and apply feedback constructively.
Curiosity, accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to learning.
Willingness to work schedules that support global teams where required.
