American Express is hiring an Analyst-Data Analytics in Gurugram, Haryana. The role focuses on data analytics, machine learning, digital analytics, experimentation, and emerging AI and Generative AI capabilities.

The position involves using analytical tools and data-driven techniques to support digital targeting outcomes, working with machine learning models and adapting to an evolving analytics environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze data to support digital targeting and business outcomes.
Apply analytical techniques and machine learning approaches to business problems.
Work with SQL, Python, and analytical tools to analyze datasets.
Explore emerging AI and Generative AI capabilities.
Apply LLM and RAG concepts where relevant to digital analytics.
Work with digital analytics and experimentation frameworks.
Build and work with machine learning models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical findings into useful business insights.
Stay current with evolving analytics and AI technologies.

Requirements

Experience or knowledge of data analytics and analytical problem solving.
Proficiency in SQL and Python or similar analytical programming tools.
Knowledge of machine learning concepts and models.
Familiarity with models such as XGBoost and K-Means.
Familiarity or interest in applying AI and Generative AI capabilities.
Exposure to LLM and RAG concepts.
Knowledge of digital analytics or experimentation frameworks is a plus.
Ability to learn and adapt to an evolving analytics environment.
