Application Developer

• Develop and customize React frontend components and TypeScript features for the Site Scope web portal.
• Build and maintain React Native features for iOS and Android, including offline functionality using SQLite, queue/retry mechanisms, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and maintain Node.js RESTful API endpoints.
• Support Sequelize ORM operations, JWT authentication troubleshooting, SMTP notifications, and Snowflake connectivity.
• Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Support Snowflake integration for deal and opportunity data.
• Integrate AWS Transcribe, AWS Textract, and AWS Bedrock services into site assessment workflows.
• Maintain PDF generation pipelines using Docxtemplater, PizZip, and LibreOffice.
• Support GitLab CI/CD pipelines, web builds, Android deployments, iOS builds, and TestFlight distributions.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID authentication configurations during the transition from Okta.
• Participate in integration testing, code reviews, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Document issues and resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead, senior developers, IT infrastructure teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is considered.
• 1–5 years of hands-on software development experience with exposure to React and/or React Native.
• Experience building web or mobile application components using React/React Native and TypeScript in a professional or project-based setting.
• Familiarity with supporting web applications in production or staging environments, including troubleshooting and defect resolution.
• Familiarity with React component architecture, hooks, state management, and lifecycle concepts.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web development fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP communication, and HTTP clients such as Axios.
• Exposure to GitLab, version control, and CI/CD concepts.
• Basic familiarity with Linux/Windows server environments and command-line operations.
• Understanding of SQL fundamentals and relational databases; Microsoft SQL Server knowledge is preferred.
• Familiarity with ORMs such as Sequelize is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with React Native, SQLite offline storage, and synchronization/queue patterns.
• Exposure to Node.js backend development, JWT authentication, and middleware.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or OIDC authentication flows.
• Experience with AWS Transcribe, Textract, Bedrock, or similar AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with PDF generation using Docxtemplater, PizZip, or similar document automation tools.
• Experience with Zod or Joi validation frameworks.
• Agile/Scrum experience in team-based delivery environments.
